Returns are accepted up to 30 days after receipt of item or tracking number. You as a customer are obliged to inform us by email before returning the item in the following cases:
– You received the wrong item.
– The item did not arrive as expected (e.g. damaged packaging).
– The item had defects.
The returned products must be in the original packaging, securely packed and undamaged.
This means items must be securely packed in a box with packing material to protect them during transit. If possible in the same box and packing material that was used for shipment to you the customer.
